The Liquid Force Illusion is everything but that, despite its name, no illusions here, just a high-performing cable wakeboard. The LF Illusion is built to give the rider confidence, letting you focus more on the fun than the challenge of riding. Shaped with base features that are designed to promote ease of riding, the Illusion has a subtle concave and a centre channel that gives you control through your edges leading into features, as well as a turned-up rail that gives you catch free edge once on those features, meaning hang-ups are a thing of the past. For the rocker, you have a hybrid continuous rocker that lets you keep the top water speed and freedom you love, but also allows you to get that pop power to get up to features. One ride of the Illusion and you will leave all your other boards in the garage from now on.

Hybrid Continuous Rocker – A flowing continuous rocker with an exaggerated kick in the tips, giving you faster top water feel and freedom, with the ability to launch up onto features.

Core Construction

Paulownia Wood CNC'd Core - Made from one of the earth's most renewable sources, trees. Paulownia wood is the snowboard-influenced core that gives a snappy, lively feel and offers plenty of flex to press right into those rails.
Bio Resin: 35% Natural Glycerin Resin - This is a simple by-product of biodiesel production that allows the ski to rebound out of turns faster, allowing for a lighter feel underfoot.
Just the Tip Tech - CNC removed sections in the tips of the board help to create a specific flex pattern, reduce weight and increase response and performance

Rails/Edges

Lifted Rail design - A turned-up base edge, making features incredibly easy and stopping you from getting caught up on them if you're out of position.
Liquid Rails – An elastomeric sidewall construction that Liquid Force have produced to keep your rails safe. Designed specifically to absorb intense hits, the sidewall will flex with your board for a near-indestructible material

Laminates

Layered Tri-Axial Glass – Making sure your board doesn’t soften over the years, 3 way strung layered fibreglass will help to keep you poppin’ without sacrificing flex where you want it

Base

LF Grind Base – Don’t get caught out with a damaged base, Liquid Force’s Grind base makes sure your base features stay featured season after season without wear
Single Concave Hull - Mellows out those landings off the big kickers and drops off rails
Rail Channels - Exactly as it sounds, these channels run the full length of the board, mellowing out in the tip and tail to maximise your edge hold, making your cuts into any obstacles easy and controlled.
