The P.O.P offers a completely redefined boat experience from Slingshot, offering a stiff, light, and incredibly explosive board that maximises your ability to stay nimble on the water. Built on a 3-Stage rocker, the P.O.P gives you plenty of explosiveness off the wake to give you maximum height from your jumps. A rigid-flex pattern, uni-carbon construction, and a wider platform work in tandem to provide the ultimate lift for your pop while making spins and landings easy and soft. To add traction and control to the P.O.P, Slingshot added a base channel to help drive water to the fins and punch you through to the wake. At the same time, a vertically laminated wood core gives plenty of energy and the addition of softening and dampening features, so your knees stay fresh to ride day after day.

Core Construction

Vertically Laminated Wood Core - A full wood core that is vertically laminated, maximising the run of the grain to create its own personality of flex. This allows for explosive energy under your feet, maximising rebound off features and wake alike for more pop while maintaining softness on landings.
Uni-Carbon Core - Carbon Stringers through the board to add stiffness and response on water and off the top of the wake

Rails/Edges

Fusion Sidewall - A single poured urethane sidewall and cured directly into the core, creating an impact-absorbing, rail killer of an edge

Laminates

Monocoque Construction - An outer glass wrap from the bottom to the top, so the flash line is switched out from the weakest point of the board to the strongest. It is also renowned as the most durable construction in wakeboarding.
